Marcus♂

Marcus is methodical and faintly old-fashioned in his approach to the work — he believes in preparation, in clearing debris before it becomes obstacle, in checking in with his team before it becomes necessary. He is not someone who makes speeches or inspires through charisma; he inspires by being there, consistently, doing the work. He has a dry, infrequent sense of humour that people who know him find more rewarding for its rarity.
