Rowan♂
Personality & Temperament
Rowan is thoughtful and slightly introverted — he recharges alone and shows up fully for team runs, which means he has more to give during them than people expect from his quiet manner. He is measured and precise, good at thinking through the downstream effects of a decision before making it. He has a wry, understated sense of humour that takes people by surprise. He is self-reliant to a degree that occasionally works against him; he is getting better at asking.
